We now offer free shipping on all orders over $150, delivered anywhere in New Zealand. Most products that are in stock are dispatched the same day provided the order is placed before the advertised cut-off time (11am).
Products that are dispatched from our Auckland warehouse, If all your items are in stock, and If we receive your order before 11am on a normal working day, then your order will be processed and dispatched the same day, if it is received later than 11am then it will be dispatched the next working day.
We work with a vast courier network and may use different carriers depending on the suitability, however, if your delivery address is in the North Island then we will endeavour to deliver your goods within 1 - 2 working days, and for deliveries to addresses in the South Island, we aim to deliver your goods within 2 - 3 working days.
Some of our products are dispatched from our partner suppliers warehouses which could be located overseas, this will be clearly labeled in the description of the product as below:

For these products, there will be a delivery timeframe of 7 to 15 working days, with a processing time of 1 to 2 days. These products will also arrive separately to any products that we have in stock in our warehouse.
